AdminWhen your OnfonMedia balance (top bar) approaches zero, all customer sends fail. Top it up at onfonmedia.com → Purchases. Sender ID workflow: review the application & docs → click the send icon to mark "submitted" → file the request in the Onfon portal with the same ID + KYC → click ✓ when the network approves.
